Axilon attorneys Amanda Hunter and Tom Singer won a motion to dismiss for their client, an auto-parts retailer, who was sued for negligence by a customer who suffered physical injuries in a parking-lot altercation with another customer.  The trial court agreed Montana law did not impose a duty on the retailer to prevent the harm alleged.
