Betsy Griffing and Susan Ridgeway successfully negotiated a revised and amended contract between highly contentious parties regarding the development of a state-wide health information network.   The parties were a non-profit company who worked closely with the Montana State Department of Public Health and Human Services and an out-of-state contractor specializing in the development of complex health information exchanges.    Representing the contractor who had been threatened with breach of contract, Griffing and Ridgeway successfully worked with both parties so that the matter could be renegotiated, and development of the information exchange could continue.
