The Eighth Annual conference on Montana Labor and Employment Law sponsored by The Seminar Group will convene in Billings in March 2013, co-moderated by Tom Singer of the Axilon Law Group and Marilee Duncan of Felt, Martin, Frazier & Weldon.  Both Singer and Duncan have made presentations at the seminar nearly every year. This will be Duncan’s first year as co-moderator and Singer’s fourth.  They will be responsible for identifying some of Montana’s top labor and employment lawyers and human resources professionals to address the most important issues arising in the work place.
