Axilon attorney Rick Landers recently gave a presentation on construction law aspects of the oil and gas industry at ALFA International’s bi-annual Construction Law Conference. The three day conference was held in Asheville, North Carolina at the Grove Park Inn from July 30 to August 1, 2014. Landers and attorney Tom Wolfe, of the ALFA International member firm Phillips Murrah, P.C. in Oklahoma City, moderated the panel presentation that was given during the opening plenary session of the conference. The individual panelists, representing the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors of the oil and gas industry, were of Stuart Kemp of Halliburton Energy Services, Susan Reinhard of EMCOR Group, and Chris Nygren of Barnard Construction.
