Axilon attorney Janna Wittenberg served on the faculty at the National Business Institute’s continuing legal education seminar on “Legal Ethics: Solutions to the Most Common Challenges,” on March 21, 2014 in Billings, MT. Wittenberg gave a presentation on how to avoid being the target of a legal malpractice claim. Highlights of her presentation included establishing an appropriate scope of retention in the era of flat fees and limited scope representations, and identifying attorney competency issues.
