Brent Brooks and Tom Singer of Axilon Law are both speaking at The Seminar Group’s 16^th Annual Montana Labor & Employment Law seminar on March 16 & 17, 2021. Brooks, who joined Axilon in December 2020 after serving as a city attorney and deputy county attorney for over 30 years, will speak about employment discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity and expression. Singer has co-moderated the seminar for many years, and this year he will also discuss a recent study that finds America’s employment discrimination laws may actually exacerbate discrimination.
