To address the Montana Supreme Court’s decision late last year in Wrigg v. JCCS, Axilon member Tom Singer has written an article called “A Wrigged Game: Are Non-Compete, Non-Solicitation and Confidentiality Agreements Ever Enforceable?” 

Tom also gave presentations on non-competes and related topics for the State Bar of Montana at its annual St. Patrick’s Day CLE on March 16 in Butte, and for The Seminar Group’s annual Montana Employment Law Seminar on March 21 in Billings.
