Bio

Gary Hermann, now retired, spent more than 40 years representing clients in civil and commercial litigation, including insurance defense, insurance coverage, bad faith, products liability, toxic torts, construction litigation, trucking litigation, and drug and medical device defense. Gary also represented clients regarding business organizations, contracts and other transactional matters.

Gary received Martindale-Hubbell’s “AV” rating and was selected as a “Super Lawyer” in civil defense litigation in both Montana and Ohio, where he practiced before moving to Montana to ski and fish. Gary was an active member of legal and industry associations, regularly contributing to publications and speaking at conferences.

Gary coached youth ice hockey, holds a 4th degree black belt in Taekwondo, and taught Tai Chi and other martial arts for many years. He also continues to enjoy skiing and fishing, and he is improving his skill as a bluegrass fiddler.
