In three presentations made this year — at ALFA International’s International Client Seminar in Scottsdale, Arizona, the State Bar of Montana’s CLE & Ski in Big Sky, Montana, and the Seminar Group’s annual Montana Labor & Employment Law Seminar in Billings, Montana – Tom Singer of Axilon’s Billings office has explored how oxytocin (the “love hormone”), vasopressin, testosterone, cortisol, and other hormones affect the behavior of lawyers, witnesses, and jurors during trials, and how trial lawyers can use knowledge of those hormones to draw the jurors into their clients’ tribes.
