Janna Wittenberg to Speak on Quiet Title Actions and Mineral Interests
Janna Wittenberg will be giving a presentation at an upcoming National Business Institute Seminar on Quiet Title Actions and Mineral Interests. The program will discuss the key steps of quiet title actions from initiation to managing post-judgment duties; how to effectively conduct title searches to identify the necessary parties and obtain crucial evidence; and strategies for resolving predominant mineral title problems, including deed issues, severed interests, liens.
